All Otter Lake property owners are eligible for membership in OLLA. If you have not already done so, please complete the membership form. Membership in the Association is 30$ annually.

Membership application/renewal form

     Because of concerns by Otter Lake property owners that high water levels can result in local flooding and possible damage to property and private access roads, OLLA has frequently been asked to take action in controlling water levels in Otter Lake. Given that the Association does not have the ability to control weather conditions and other natural factors that influence water levels, the current policy of non-interference with water levels was proposed and approved by the membership in February 2006.

     The Constitution and By-Laws of the Otter Lake Landowners Association were approved by the membership at the Annual General Meeting on July 24, 2004.
